Where can i find the history of my computer (cookies?

How do I delete websites, cookies, cache from my computer for good?

  • Now I know how to do the basics...and even a little above that...but am I covering my bases when it comes to clearing out stuff in my computer? I want to clear job sites out of my work computer...I am trying to find a new position right now and do not need my current employer to know that. Here is what I do: I use firefox, so I clear out my browsing history, cookies, cache, temporary internet files, etc from there. I then go to the control panel, Internet Options, and do the same. Then I right click on the bar at the base of my screen (don't know the name...I use Windows XP) and click Properties. I then click the Start Menu tab, it's set to Classic Start Menu, I then click customize, then hit clear to clear out all recently viewed documents, programs, and websites. I then go to my start menu and go to Run. Then I type the word temp into the space, and clear out all those. Then I go to Run again and type %temp% and clear out all those as well. Am I missing anywhere? Thanks!
