What do you think about microsofts forced upgrade policy?

• Yes you heard me right. Microsoft is forcing us to upgrade to the latest operating system. crapista. It begins with Halo 2 for the PC, Vista only. Why? I got a copy of vista from a friend, a second harddrive, and tgried it all out. even with my 8600, 2gb ram, and a dual core running at 3.5ghz the came continually crapped out on me. I promptly deystroyed the partition vista was on, piece of crap. at this point i began to wonder... what about all of the new games i looking foward to? Fable 2? shadowrun? i know Blizzard won't succumb to vistas awesome shittyness, but what if? It almost makes me crap myself... What do you think about this forced upgrade policy from microsoft? The only cool thing about it was that during the install process it asked me if i would have liked to play it AS it was installing...Neato and i could have played it directly off the disc...Sweet.

  Well, what can one say? That's progress for ya. Microsnot knows they have people over a barrel with some of things they are doing. Vista isn't really that bad except for the lack of compatible software as of yet.
