How do I get rid of the pop up on my browser?

I have recently switched browser to firefox but keep getting pop ups from IE how do i get rid of them? Help!?

    It sounds like you have adware/spyware on your computer. A good thing to download (if you can get through all the crap to it) is Spybot Search and Destroy.

On the dropdown menus Go to Tools > Options There is a box there to block popups. Check it and save Hopes this works for you

The pop-ups are most likely some kind of spyware... google microsoft antispyware or spybot search and destroy and download it...it should help

You could try uninstalling IE from the control panel> add/remove programs> Internet Explorer > uninstall

Yahoo toolbar actually works pretty well. You may have spyware on your machine though (which could negate popup blockers). I would download, install, and run: Yahoo Toolbar with Anti-Spy SpyBot Search and Destroy Good Luck! Spywhare Blaster
