How secure is yahoo messenger cam?

Mac and PC yahoo messenger web cam chat!?

I have a Macbook pro with webcam and my sister has a pc. We both have yahoo messenger. (i have the mac version and she has pc version). Everytime i send her a invitation to view my webcam she complains it never turns on. the web cam window pops up on the pc and on the web cam window at the bottom left hand corner it says "waiting for permision and requesting access" even though im the one who is inviting her to view my web cam. i have no permissions set on my mac for any one to view my web cam. We have tried waiting as long as 30 minutes and it still does not do any thing.

windows messenger for mac does not supports video converence . but Yahoo messenger for Mac can !! Look at your seetings and make sure your webcam its compatible with Mac ... If not you need a new webcam (when u buy webcamss) it should said for Windows and mac or Universal meaning it will work for both. If you have a webcam installed it has to be compatible with Mac OS. Macbook Pro has a webcam alredy in so it should work fine
