How do you save files to a cd?

CD-R just ONE file save to? Have never used CD-R for multiple files?

  • I have several files to save to a CD-R. Not a CD-R/W. They are .pdf's but that doesn't matter, right? I am assuming if they are all in one folder and I click-and-drag the entire folder to the CD-drive (in windows explorer of course). That should work, no? After that 1 initial save... am I done and locked out? In case I find an additional file (same sitting, without removing the CD) - - could I yet add it still?

  • Answer:

if you have udf writing software on your PC you can use it like a floppy disk and just copy up to 800Mb on to it. When full you should close the cd to make it readable on any computer
