just log into www.hotmail.com create an account, like a regular e-mail, no matter if you have another e-mail that you use often, create this one for messenger, and when you access to msn messenger, sign "as a different user" and enter your password. http://www.hotmail.com

u can download it under msn.com. i dun really like msn messengger. kind of boring. u shld try skype or yahoo messenger. they are better.
