Question about itunes store....Does it have sales like Black Friday?

I'm just wondering because i want to actually buy this anime series but its like 34 bucks for one season and I don't have that much money so I'm wondering if they have sales like the stores do because that would be awesome!!!! and if they do have sales ..does that apply to music, movies, etc.... crossing my fingers!!!!
