How do i create a flyer i can print that has an image in it?

This could be an easy question depending on your computer and skill level. You can try a completely free Office suite called Open Office. You already said that you are running Windows 98SE. In addition to that if you have at least 128MB of ram, 200MB available on your hard drive and you are good to go. I can't tell you how to do this within Open Office but in general you can simply drag and drop an image into whatever document you are creating or go through the Insert > Image menu, it should be similar in OpenOffice but that was for MS Word. If you need a free Office suite there is nothing better than Open Office and it comes very close to MS Office in terms of features. Open Office 2.0 includes Writer (word processor), Calc (Spreadsheet), Impress (Presentation software), Draw (for vector graphics), Base (database software), Math (an equation editor) and Quickstarter which loads the core files for OpenOffice.

Hi. You could either create the whole flyer as an image (in MS Paint) but that will be quite hard work. Or you could, if you wished, go to a legal download site (I use www.download.com)and there are many simple word processing software that you could download for free and you perhaps create the flyer through that.
