talk like this "EEEE OOOOOOOOOOOOOH AAAAAAHHH" EEEEEEEEEE EEEEE EEEEEEEEE I'M A CHEEEEPPPMUNKKKKKK" First of all, you need to have the program called ‘Windows Movie Maker’ - Open it. - At the left it says ‘1. Capture Video’ - Under that, click Import video - Find the video you want to edit (Maybe you have it under ‘My Videos’) - Click on the video, then click ‘Import’ - Drag the video into the Timeline or Storyboard, either or, at the very bottom. - Then at the very top click ‘Tools’ then ‘Video Effects’ - There will be several video effects you can use. However, for the chipmunk style use the ‘Speed Up, Double’ - Drag the effect on top of the video. - For the video to go FASTER: Drag the effect ‘Speed Up, Double’ several times to the video. - Then save it. - Go to the top and click ‘File’ Then click, ‘Save Movie File’ And finally, click ‘Next’ i did not write that myself i stole it from this guy mich lero thank you mich don't get mad at me!!! i only stole it cause you're smart!!!

You have to increase the pitch of the audio. Adjusting the pitch is the key. You could also do it if you played it in fast forward but I think you just want the audio high pitched.

I'm going to date myself here, but in the olden days (the original chipmunks) the voices were recorded at approximately 1/2 normal speed, so that when played back, it would sound twice as fast. When I was a kid, I had a chipmunks record (long since gone) that played on those old turntables at 33 1/3 RPM (revolutions per minute). Those old turntables could also be set to play back at 16 RPM. When you did this, you heard that David Seville actually recorded all three voices himself. He would pitch his voice slightly lower for Simon, and slightly higher for Theodore. Alvin was Dave's voice at normal pitch. The voices were recorded at 16 RPM and played back at 33 1/3 RPM. Of course, the songs themselves were sung at half speed also, so that when played back twice as fast they would sound at normal speed.

I have some chipmunk videos. www.youtube.com/clearlyhaze I use windows movie maker. Okay, you download a song or a video. Once you've downloaded that you open windows movie maker and click "import song" or "import video" on the left hand side. Then it will appear in the collection box that takes up most of the room on your screen. Drag the music from the box to the timeline below. Now click File then Save Movie File on the top left. Wait for it to save. Then create a new project. I usually just close windows movie maker then open it again. Now import your video. Next click on Tools then Video Effects at the top left hand corner. Look for the speed up double effect. Drag that down ontop. Now you have a song in chipmunk version!

I have a circle on my head.

You can use WMM and it's actually pretty easy. Upload the song you want on Windows movie maker and drag it to the time line. Then right click on the song and press "effects". Next press speed up (double) and there you go!

is this a way to increase hits for your website or a real question? Easy way: just grab some helium!

get a microphone, and record the song to your computer. Then there's an option to increase speed by 50%. click that and the song is ready. You can also make a chipmunks song sound like a regular song. :)

If you just use a simple sampling rate speedup method, it helps to speak and/or sing in a slow, clearly pronounced but normal pitch voice. Then when you increase the sampling rate (or speed up the video), the words will be intelligible, but in a higher, chipmunk-like voice. I discovered that many years ago while playing a David Seville Chipmunks album on a turntable - when I slowed it down to hear his normal voice, I realized just how slowly he sang some of those songs.
