I bought new mobile phone so I can take vids and photos to put on new laptop only to find bluetooth didnt seem to accept so bght a usb 5 pin cable fm phne to laptop still nothing, shld i have recvd some software cd with mobile? How can you upload or download to these devices, getting frustrated retailers told me buy cable, i did nothing, others say need software cd disc but not in box, also no games on phne says no midlets available. Plz help, getting more confused daily

I presume you have xp. Boot up your laptop first. then connect the phone to laptop using your usb cable, the laptop would sense your phone and will guide you on what to do next. If it's not doing that, then you have to go to control panel and try to make the laptop recognize it. If the laptop would not acknowledge the presence of a new device, you'll need a program from your mobile phone to install in your laptop. Try surfing internet for your mobile phone, it might have the software that you can download. If not, call the mobile phone customer service and explain the problem.
