How to make flash animations?

I just got Adobe Flash Professional 8, and all I know how to do is the twean method. Are there any other methods? The Tween method is easy, but I don't think I can make real animations with it.

Scripted animation remains very difficult to realistically implement. I'd use traditional frame-by-frame motion to achieve the effects you seek.
