Why can't I download email attachments?

I CANT OPEN DOCUMENTS OR DOWNLOAD ANY PROMGRAMES ON MY COMPUTER,I GET ERROR MESSAGE COME UP,PLEASE HELP

    1. Restart the PC and go to the Safe Mode (Press Ctrl F8 in the Bootup screen). 2. Clean up the junks files in your PC using CCleaner (freeware). It should solve the problem. ---------- Just in case... here's another try. 4. Remove and Reinstall the IE. Or try using Mozilla Firefox. Hope this help, HSP

Start your computer in safe mode by pressing F8 when it starts up on the first screen. Then when it opens up, select the option to restore windows to a previous state and choose a date that you know your pc worked fine. This should work. If not, just reinstall windows.

maybe your computer is just slow it happens to me sometimes press ctrl+alt+delete and on the second tab, select the IEXLORER.EXE and delete and try again. hope this helps

Since you didn't post the error message, it's not possible to tell you what to do. So let's assume you have an infection. If you're able, run your antivirus and antispyware programs and remove what malware you find. If you don't have this kind of protection, then you're not going to be able to get any at this point. If you don't have protection programs, or you can't run them, then you'll need to do a system reinstallation. If you haven't backed up your data, try to do it now. If you don't know how to reinstall and/or can't back up your data, take your computer to a shop and have a pro do it for you.

How much RAM do you have in the PC? You may need more. Also the hard disk might be full.
