Why my computer can't download anything like pdf reader or attachments.?

pdf reader? Do you mean like adobe? As long as you trust the site, try to turn off or pause your anti virus, it may be blocking it. I recommend going directly to adobe.com and doing it from there.

Are you in a corporate/business environment? If yes, then they likely have blocked these kinds of behavior (which it would appear at first glance). If not, do not use Adobe Reader: it has a long running history of exploits and problems. Try "Foxit" PDF reader. As for "attachments": In mail, they should NOT be opened, ever, until you verify that the sending party (friend or associate) has indeed sent it. That method is often used to forward malware, done automatically. All PDF readers should have JavaScript turned OFF!
