How to convert Json to CSV or Excel?

How to convert from excel to csv ( coma delimited ) to opened with weka "arff file"?

  It sounds like you're already on the right track. To convert an Excel spreadsheet to a .csv file just open the file and select the "save as" option and you should be able to select .csv. The problem you're having is that a .csv file can't do everything a .xls file can do so you're missing some stuff. That's unfortunately normal! All .csv is designed to do is hold data (number and letters). It can't do formulas or anything else. You might be out of luck.
