Can any one of you suggest me the best download manager which allows me to pause and resume downloads? ?

If you using Firefox add the DownThemAll addon. It allows you to pause and resume downloads and works alot quicker than the default download tool. I use to use DAP but once I discovered Reget I never looked back. Reget does the job pretty well if you ask me, but currently I just stick to DownThemAll addon for firefox
