How do you transfer your itunes library to a flash drive?

How can I use a USB flash drive to transfer iTunes library to another computer?

So I've got a 16GB USB flash drive and I want to transfer 2,000+ songs on my iTunes library from my desktop to my new laptop. So can anyone please tell me step-by-step directions on how to do this? Thanks in advance!

Plug in USB stick on pc with music Open folder containing music Open USB stick directory through computer, or when the auto run pops up click view files Have each of these windows open on half the screen Drag the folders you want to transfer from the music directory onto the USB stick When they have been transferred pop the USB stick in the second pc and drag them from the USB stick onto the hard drive Import the songs to library using your media player
