fredge is correct. However if you have Windows Xp you might still have one last shot to make it work. Windows Xp has an option wich allows you to go back to previous operating systems for compatibility on some programs. Find the icon on your desktop for the monopoly Jr and right click on it, scroll down to properties click. Properties window is displayed now click on the compatibility tab (top right), then you can select what version of windows you want to run the program to see if you can get it to run. I dont know what version of windows you are currently running, but if its XP this might help. p.s. this is the third time i got you to look.

Other answers

Hi, The OS is the Operating System; such as the Windows Operating System XP, or Win98/98SE, etc. Normally, when a message such as this comes up, it means the Monopoly Junior is not compatable with that particular version of Windows, like XP. The game or whatever could have been written way before XP came out. There is no way you can install it, and have it work, if it's not compatable. Best wishes.
