Why am I not able to install Adobe flash player on Ubuntu?
-
Even after installing, it still doesnt allow me to watch videos on youtube, asking me to install flash player, when i already installed the latest one. What seems to be the problem?
-
Answer:
In the address bar of Firefox, type about:plugins and hit enter. Look for Flash / Shockwave. If it's not there, you haven't installed Flash properly. Install Flash from the Ubuntu repositories: System->Admin->Synaptic; search for flashplugin-nonfree.
