Why isn't iTunes installing properly?

Trouble installing itunes 10?

  • It seems like every time i go to update iTunes it just never works. I've tried everything, i uninstalled itunes and quicktimes and tried installing Itunes 64bit which is what i need for my vista x64 laptop and right off the bat it says theres an error code of 2343 or something then i press okay and it continues to install but then it says I need to be the administatror to continue and Im the only user on this computer and it wont let me continue unless i fix this problem.. Any idea how to fix this? Im sick and tired of itunes its nothing but problems but I just bought the new 4th gen ipod so i need itunes 10 and the regular update from itunes 9 didnt work so i tried this and this doesnt work either so i dunno what to do.. thanks
