I need to put Speech Bubbles into a video "PERMANENTLY" Because this is a Instructional Video that will be downloaded by People. The Problem with adding speech bubbles in youtube they speech bubbles are "NOT PERMANENT" and if the video is downloaded the bubbles will not be on the video they downloaded.
