Why are my videos very strobelike?

Why don,t the videos play, java , adobe are installed, why won,t videos play?

• have installed both java and adobe flash player, why won,t the videos of YOU TUBE play,or other videos. thank you for answers

  Make sure your flash player is the most recent version, and you have Flash layer itself instead of another piece Adobe software. http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ If that doesn't work, then check with other people that use the same internet access (WiFi network or local LAN) to see if they can view the videos. If they can't, then contact your network administrator and see if they are using Quality of Service, Blockers, Firewalls, or other filtering software. If they can, then finally try using Firefox (http://www.firefox.com) and reinstalling flash player for Firefox (http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/)
