Is Paint Tool Sai better than other paint programs?

Im just wondering cause alot of people than make speedpaint videos on youtube use Paint Tool Sai and I use Corel Painter Essentials. Also Im planning on getting another paint program I thought about getting Paint Tool Sai, but I've changed my mind and think I could get OpenCanvas Version 5. In my opinion i think OpenCanvas is way better than Paint Tool Sai
