why would you want to? yahoo seems to take care of emails pretty well on its own. utlook express is for people too stupid to know if they're connected to the internet or not. They don't know how to browse a webpage, so MS made a program to take them there. I hear the next Windows version will have programs to help you wipe your a** and spoon feed you as well.

You can't unless you pay for Yahoo mail. You cannot use Outlook or Outlook Express to check free Yahoo Email.
