Where and How do I download music on Vista without.... How to get music on Windows Media Center?

• downloading an actual program like LimeWire and BearShare. Now that we got a new computer my mom wont let me download anything because she thinks it's my fault our other computer broke. We just got a new Vista and I hate it. I prefer XP but whatever. I dont know how to do anything. I tried Windows Media Center but I cant get any music without already having it in my computer already. I then tried Napster because it had the 7 day trial thing but when it asked for credit card info my mom thinks that they are gonna charge her after the trial was up. And I was like noo. I dont want to listen to no radio. I want to download the music and put it on Windows Media Player. Soooo what do I do? And is it possible to rip my music from my CDS onto Media Player? Please help. I had about 1000 songs on my other computer and I cant go spending $1000 in iTunes or Napster. Helpppp. NO BEARSHARE AND NO LIMEWIRE. They both give you viruses right?

  All the CD's you currently own you can download... or rip to the media player and enjoy...just pop one in the drive and then choose from the drop downmenu that pops up to play.... or to rip... and when you choose to rip...it will save it to the media player and will be in the library....you can select media player to play randomly all your songs or you can set it to play a playlist that you design of your favorities. Have fun, and it won't cost you anything. Borrow some friends CD's too. and return them when you have ripped them. You can also burn yourself a copy of anything you down load.
