Is there a mac / macbook MSN messenger that will let me chat just like i did on my PC and save message history?

i just got a mac and i have microsoft office student for mac, and it has microsoft windows, which is really primitive, so is there an MSN that i can download to my mac? should i just go to the website and download it? i want to be able to talk, send nudges/drawings and most importantly be able to view and save message history. thank you for your help : )
