How do I write exponents in microsoft word?

I like to write letters and documents and I don't ha microsoft word how can I do this.?

  • I want to write letters but I don't know other way to do it? What other one than microsoft word ?

  • Answer:

You have a few options: 1. As one poster mentioned, you can download OpenOffice from: http://www.openoffice.org. Along with all of the features of Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint and draw, it has the benefit of being able to create pdf files. The downside of this method is that if you don't have a broadband connection it can take a while to download. 2. Microsoft works comes with may computers and includes a word processor. 3. Under Start: Accessories is a program called Word Pad, which is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor that can format and use different fonts. Any of these three methods should work. --Dee

The easiest way is to go to http://www.openoffice.org and then download the Open Office Software. It's open source and free and even better it has all the functionality of MS Office(ie: Word and Excel and such). So yeah, start there. Use Open Office Writer.

you could use word pad or microsoft works. most computers come with works now.

Windows XP comes with Wordpad built in. That's like Word, but not as powerful. You can also try the openoffice suite, which is free. Also, you may have Microsoft Works on your computer, which also has a word processing application included.

go to start, then on the rifght side go down to teh bottom and click run, then type in notepad.exe, t doenst have spell check but it is good for typing anything, and you can change the fonts and stuff, if you need a spell check, just use your email, most email providers have spell checks for when you compose a draft

1) Use the MS works that comes free with your computer 2) Type into yahoo or hotmail compose email screen and use the font and formating that they have available 3) download shareware like open office which has word processors

Seriously go for Open Office It is actually just as powerful as Microsoft office in every feature except mail merge (which is for database stuff) and is fully compatible. Plus it can write PDF files, and is completely Microsoft word compatible And did i mention it is 100% free???
