The Folder "iTunes" is on a locked disk, or you do not have write permissions for this folder.?

Hello, So about 2 weeks ago whenever i tried to open iTunes this poped up.. "The folder "iTunes" is on a locked disk or you do not have write permissions for this folder" i have NO idea why this has started happening and if someone could PLEASE help me to find a way to fix this, it would be great. And Yes, I am the administrator of the computer. Answer:
locate the folder on your c disk ( or what ever designation your computer has given to your primary drive ) right click on it, select properties and then uncheck read only and click apply, problem fixed. windows 7 for some reason has a nasty habit of doing that
