How to see japanese kanji characters and others on my computer?

I want to be able to see other languages characters on my computer like japanese kanji and korean. Where do I go to download the software for this?

check this site. http://nihongopc.us/en/pc/es10.html you may need recovery CD. I386 folder is necesarry in the CD-ROM.
