How do you make a video in slow motion?

How can I make a slow motion video on windows movie maker?

  So, you don't like decimals?;-) They are kind of confusing. You can make a decent slow motion vid using WMM 6.0 and Blaine's Custom Speed Effects (which aren't decimals;-) Blaine's effects work on both the video and the audio track so the audio slows down by as much as the video. If you don't want to hear the distorted audio, you just right click in the audio track and click on "Mute" to silence it. The first thing you'd have to do is download WMM 6.0 combined with an installer for W7. Blaine's site is clean and safe. I've been downloading his effects for Vista's MM for a few years.
