Why i can't change the widget setting on my dashboard for mac?

usually we click the 'i' button then the setting will pop up. but i already tried it over and over again nothing happens. i can't change my weather and clock widget. could somebody help me? thank you

Answer:
Click the '+' in the bottom corner and try again. Or just try removing and re-adding those widgets.
