How can I remove yahoo messenger spy monitor notification bar?

How can I remove yahoo messenger spy monitor notification bar? I had to download yahoo messenger spy monitor but then I deleted it from my computer. But the problem is that now the yahoo messenger spy monitor notification bar is not leaving my desktop. It says It will be removed after you buy a product. I don't want to buy a product, I want to remove this notification bar. I've even tried superspyware, scanning for malware. didn't work. its still there on my desktop. So any of you have any other suggestions that could help me remove this notification bar, please do share. thank you so much

1) Run msconfig goto startup Tab Uncheck all Unwanted items ------- 2) right click on spy monitor icon select properties find target delete this file if the file in seprate folder delete folder to
