How do you make an icon on photobucket?

Anyone know how to make icons on AIM?

  You mean an animated one? Photobucket isn't that great for animations. You need something like Jasc Animation Shop (find a free trial online), but an online editor like lunapic will work well, but it's tedious. Basically, you need to make several frames of a 50x50 icon and use some sort of software to put it together, and then save it as a .gif. [/EDIT] If you specifically want the kind with text with a moving pixel inside, like the one you linked to, Jasc Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop (or a similar, quality image editing software - again, free trials available online) work best. I would suggest using a pixel font, selecting it with the magic wand tool (on PSP), expanding the selection, and then filling in the pixel with the brush tool and different color gradients, changing it with each frame, step by step. Sorry the description is so bad, but once you get the hang of using the software, it’s really easy to figure out. PS: Here's one I made. (A long time ago.
