Missing Particular Effect in Adobe After Effects CS3?

When i try to import files that i have done else where i get this error This project contains 6 references to missing effects. Please install the following effect to restore these references. ("Particular") And in my effects panel, under missing, Particular is there I need help please, cannot get any of the particle things working because of this,

You have mentioned that you have done this video on another computer (with after effects of course). The after effects that you have used on another computer has a plug in called Trapcode Particular, you might have used this plug in on your video. Now when you tried to open it on your computer, you got this error message, it only means that this plugin (trapcode particular) is not installed on your computer. The solution is installing Trapcode Particular. Hope this helps.
