How do you add signatures to Microsoft outlook 2003?

How to uninstall Microsoft Outlook 2003 and its settings completely??

• My Outlook is freezing at startup because I tried to add a new profile with weird settings and its freezing trying to get into that account). I am wanting to reinstall but when I do, the same settings are still in there, so same problem.. How do I completely uninstall Outlook and all its settings so I can reinstall and start from scratch??

  start>control panel>add or remove programs>click on left side add or remove window components>uncheck outlook express>click next>restart your computer>to reinstall do the same thing again except check the box this time next to outlook express click next, and restart that should do it
