How to update Ice Cream Sandwich Rom in Samsung Galaxy S2?

Two month ago I been bought Samsung Galaxy S2 mobile, it has Android OS which is Gingerbread 2.3.5 and now I have heard that Samsung has been officially launched ICS ROM for the Galaxy S2, some people are says to update trough the Kies but I really don't know how to update. can please anyone tell me how to update Ice Cream Sandwich ROM in my Samsung Galaxy S2? Thank You!
