How can I escape the graboid video download limitation?

How to download video after it has been streamed?

I need to know how to download a video AFTER it has been streamed. Download Helper and FlashGot both are capable of downloading a file while its being streamed, or even if the stream is cancelled, however if a video has already been streamed, neither app can download it instantly. Instead i have to wait for one of those apps to download the file from start. There are some videos that i would like to watch again, and i dont want to have to re-download it again. I know streamed files are stored in a Temp folder, but i cant find a app that can extract those files. Alternatively is there a way to make one of those apps download the file instantly after it has streamed?
