What program can I download to make GIFS/Animations from videos?

What's a good and easy program to download to make good videos?

  • Just normal videos, like simple trailers. A program that can put pics / gifs in, or even cutting pieces from other videos. Then of course you'll need text and maybe a bit of editting colour contrasts and it'll even be better if u can put pretty decorations or borders around it and stuff XD somehting simple too ;) Please help?
