How to fax a document in MS office 2007 OS Vista?

You can distribute any Office documents by: 1. Click the File tab and then select Save & Send. 2. Select the Send Using E-Mail option. 3. Select on how to send the file by choosing an option on the right side of the window: • Send as Attachment – it will simply attach the file to the e-mail message. • Send a Link – send a link that point to a file on the users shared workspace. • Send as PDF (Portable Document Format) – converts the file to a PDF version and attached it to the e-mail message. • Send as XPS (XML Paper Specification) – is a new file format that replaces the old EMF (Enhanced Meta File) format. • Send as an Internet Fax – an option for sending the file as a fax. A valid and working internet fax service account is required for this option. 4. Fill-up the recipients address in the To field of the message window. 5. Click the Send button.

Use an internet fax service. There are free and paid services you can find online. Register to the service of your choice and your ready to go. Make sure you have a valid and working email address by the way.
