Is there a Linux Live CD that can run a defrag on NTFS partitions?

Is there a Linux Live CD that can run a defrag on NTFS partitions? I would like to be able to boot into a Linux graphical environment and run diagnostics on Windows NTFS partition, particularly defrag and chkdsk. I know there is BartPE to create a bootable XP CD but I would prefer a Linux disk. Thanks

Answer:
You probably know what I'm about to tell you, but I'm posting this in case you don't. NTFS is a proprietary file system, not an open standard. This makes it difficult for parties outside of Microsoft to create tools to NTFS partition maintenance and other tasks. No doubt you are aware of the Linux NTFS project to create a full set of tools for NTFS use and manipulation, but this is a hard job and not yet finished. The guys over at linux-ntfs.org do plan on introducing a defrag capability, but it is not in yet.

I have been searching high and low for a possible solution. The link 'Solar Granulation' gives you looks encouraging and I have found a couple more that may be promising http://sourceforge.net/projects/linux-ntfs/ and http://www.linux-ntfs.org/doku.php?id=ntfs-en LUg.
Linux Mint 11
Hi, I don't think there is one considering linux's read and write support that is ntfs-3g just became stable recently so I doubt defrag is supported.

Knoppix http://www.knoppix.net/ I'm not sure if it will run a defrag but I do know that it has numerous utilities which will repair Windows partitions, including NTFS. I don't have my bookmarks in front of me right now as I just booted into a new installation of gOS but I can post back or send you some good links to information, tips, and tutorials on using Knoppix if you want. Edit: Ok, got my bookmarks. Check these out. I don't know if this is what you are looking for but it is very good info in any case. http://www.shockfamily.net/cedric/knoppix/ http://www.retosphere.de/tipsandtricks/ntfserror.php?menu_id=24& http://users.bigpond.net.au/hermanzone/p20.html#Check_On_Your_Hard_Disks_With http://www.troubleshooters.com/linux/knoppix/index.htm
