I need a video converter to change mp4 to AVI w/out a watermark?

i think you must purchase a decent converter for all those free converter, they have watermark or only convert part ... you need to buy one btw, i use video sharer asharer it can convert between almost all the video/audio formats it can also free download video/audio off youtube, google, yahoo, dailymotion etc dozons of sites.
