How to debug a core file without debug symbols?

I sent word file in Arabic, but this was received as gibberish/symbols, does anyone know why?

    It sounds like the recipient does not have the font that you used. Try making it into a PDF if the recipient doesn't need to edit it. PDF Creator is a free program that lets you "print" to a PDF file from any program that can print.

Well easiest solution is open what you want to send in a text window or something and make a screen capture with your print screen button. save it in paint and send the picture. The reason is that he either doesn't have the font or doesn't have the language pack installed (you need to select what packs to install when installing windows)
