How do I convert .dmg to a .exe file?

I want to know how to convert a Mac .dmg file to a Windows Vista .exe file. It is NOT a file that come's in a disc you have to download it off the internet. It is NOT avalible in Windows it's only avalible with Mac plz help! If you have a answer PLZ! tell me

A DMG is a compressed disk image. On Macs it's sort of like a container for programs to install by opening the DMG and dragging the contents to the Applications folder. You can't convert it into a windows executable, because it's not an executable file to begin with, and then it's completely different code that will not work on windows. There are (pain in the butt) ways to open a DMG package on windows, but it's ultimately pointless because on a windows machine, you will not be able to use the contents.
