The volume doesnt work on my Realplayer SP ?

I downloaded some videos of Roger Federer (he rules) , and tried playing them on my Realplayer SP thingymabob . They worked fine , but the volume wasnt working . Can some one please tell me what to do ? And also , please don't give stupid suggestions like "check if the volume is up" , or "you've muted it". Thanks!

If videos are playing and volume not working then it may not supporting your audio of downloaded videos.just check what is your video format and try to play with other player.
