How do you use videora ipod converter?

ok i downloaded some videos off of limeiwte and i really wanna put them on my ipod. everyone says to use ipod video converter but i cant figure out how the heck to use it. pleas how do i use it? and if anyone knows of a more efficient program please tell me? Id appreciatte it greatly. thanks ahead of time and God Bless.
