Webcam problem please help?

i have a webcam on my laptop but i cant find the webcam on my laptop anywhere its like i dont have one, but i do, theres no webcam folder anyone help plz

web cam for what? if you go to a website where you can chat with webcams then it should ask you if you would like to allow the website to access your camera n microphone just click on allow then bam you got webcam! now if your trying to take pictures with your webcam then you will need software.... i dont know what kind of software but your computer should have it loaded on your laptop if it came with built in webcam.... you could also use manycam for effects n stuff while you use your webcam... hope this helps...
