Would you say XP was one of Microsofts most successful running system?

    XP's success cannot be denied even by the haters. I've run it since it's 1st disks hit the evaluators. Its confounded me, hurt my feelings, trashed my files, and fought my every effort to rule over it. There has been few worthy opponents to it. Even now, some prefer the comfort and set up it offers over Vista. It is still the most used operating system in the world. I am sure you will get responses as to whats best... but that wasn't the question was it? After I retire my last disc of XP, I will be fully Linux run.

Windows XP is the pinnacle of Microsoft's products so far if a little outdated, however it is not better than Vista as since SP1 was released Vista is a fine operating system. Windows XP will still be running on many PC's in 10years time as it is so reliable and many PC's don't have the guts to run anything else, whereas Vista will lose out to Windows 7 as many will take the option to upgrade. So I believe XP will outlive Vista even though it is much improved. LUg.
