StickyNotes Windows 7 Widget Redownload?

I really like the stickynotes desktop widget (the one where if u resize it too small it will let you scroll through it), and for some reason it isnt on my desktop or in the Gadgets box. I went on to it's page on the Windows site and it wont let me download it again, it just says it is included in the version I have, and theres no where else i can get it. help. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/sticky-notes
