What is the best PC media player?

  • What is the best media player currently? The media player should be able to show musics, movies, and almost format. Please, and money is not a problem. Paid is always better than free, and I want the BEST!!!!

The free software below is better than any non-free software I've seen VLC plays pretty much everything: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ Mplayer is mostly a video player, but it does music too.
