There is no question when it comes to this because the obviously answer is AVG. However, if you want to be awkward the you can get Kapersky, but make sure you DON'T have McAfee also, otherwise your system will go HAYWIRE! I hope this answers you question.

AVG all the way. I've has this for a long time, it has easy interfaces and contiualy updating databases. Had Norton, and McAffee, and they wernt half as good as AVG Free.

AVG is by far the best! It is small in size, fast to run and very reliable. It updates every day, and the appearance is very good.

AVG all the way, it does its job perfectly, its not a 30 day trial or wahtever, last forever, constantly updates with new virus databases and protection utilities, i definately advise getting it =]

I think McAfee is the best software. I've had it for several years and I am very happy with it.

have to agree AVG has always done job for me. Could have Norton free thru' Internet provider but always found AVG to do good job so kept with it.
