How to get out of full screen mode? Parallels?

I can't get out of full screen mode--I really need to transfer files--my jump drive only shows up under mac os--can't get it to show up under windows xp--what are the parallels shortcuts--I can't get any clear answers--everytime I restart parallels it automatically jumps into full screen mode--how do I make it stop?! Also, how do I: "Relaunch your browser in Rosetta emulation mode???" I was trying to download the plugin for shockwave--The directions say to Relaunch your browser in Rosetta emulation mode.--I'm using firefox--what does this mean?? Additional Details 7 hours ago No, there are no small icons because I am in FULL SCREEN MODE

I found this regarding Rosetta emulation mode: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=82216d24 I am not sure on an Apple (I am assuming you are on one, since the only information I found was regarding Apple machines, or at least Intel based Apples), but in Firefox, if I hit the F11 key, it switches between full screen and regular.
